| 目的 旨在初步探讨左室血栓(LVT) 的超声心动图表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性地分析了14 例
检出LVT 患者的超声心动图特征,并就其血栓类型与基础心脏病的联系进行了初步分析。结果 14 例LVT 的超
声影像学特征大致可分为片状、蓬草状、球状和瘀积状,其中片状5 例见于急性心肌梗塞和多发性大动脉炎,蓬草状
2 例见于风湿性心瓣膜病二尖瓣置换术后,球状3 例和瘀积状4 例见于心肌病。结论 LVT 的超声心动图特征与基
础心脏病类型有一定的联系。超 |

| Objective To investigate the echocardiography features of LVT and its diagnostic value. OMethods The 2-D
ECGfeatures of 14 cases with LVT were analysed and compared with their basic heart disease. Results The ECGfeatures
of LVT can be classified to 4 types :patchy type in 5 cases of AMI or multiple aorto-arteritis ,grass-like type in 2 cases of
rheumatic value heart disease after mitral value replacement ,globular type in 3 cases of cardiomyopathy and stasis type in 4
cases of cardiomyopaphy. Conclusion The ECGfeatures of LVT have relation to basic heart disease. ECGexamination can
detect LVT in time ,observe the changes of LVT currently and guide clinic treatment . |
