床进行分型。方法 25 例临床诊为缺血缺氧脑病的新生儿于生后7 天内行MRI 检查,并将其MRI 早期表现结合
临床进行分型。结果 所有患儿表现不同程度的脑损害,将其早期MRI 表现分为五型: ①广泛脑水肿型; ②颅内出
血型,包括皮层及皮层下出血、脑实质出血、脑室内出血、蛛网膜下腔出血; ③皮层下及脑室旁白质损害型; ④丘脑和
基底节区的异常; ⑤脑干背侧信号异常。< |

Objective To identify the early MRI findings and pattern of brain injury in neonates with hypoxia-ischemia
encephalopathy(HIE) . OMethods MRI was peformed in 25 neonates with HIE with 7 days of life. Results The findings
in MRI were divided into five patterns : ①diffuse brain edema ; ②intracranial hemorrhage ,it include crotical and subcrotical
hemorrhage ,deep white matter hemorrhage intra-ventricle hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage ; ③subcrotical and
periventricular white matter lesions ; ④basal ganglia and thalamus lesion ; ⑤abnomal signal intensity in brain stem. Conclusion MR can show brain damage in neonates with HIE during the first 7 days of life and show early appearances of several
patterns of brain jury. |
