| 目的 研究男性尿道狭窄内径及内径比率与最大尿流率的相关性。方法 超声检测22 例创伤性男性
尿道狭窄患者,测量狭窄段内径、狭窄前10mm 处尿道内径,计算二者比率,并与最大尿流率作相关分析。结果 狭
窄内径与最大尿流率呈明显的相关,而狭窄内径比率具更好的相关性,相关系数r 分别是0.68 和0.85 。结论 尿
流率测定结合超声形态学检查将有助于狭窄术后疗效的客观评价。 |

| Objective To study the relationship between the stricture diameter and its ratio ( stricture diameter/
prestenotic urethral diameter) obtained from sonography and the maximum urinary flow-rate. OMethods Twenty-two patients with traumatogenic urethral strictures underwent urethrosonography. At the same time ,all patients were subjected to
urinary flow-rate determination. The diameter of the stricture and prestenotic urethral diameter at 10mm proximal to the
stricture were measured on the sonograph. The ratio was then calculated. Results A correlation was found between stricture diameter and maximum urinary flow-rate ( r = 0. 68) and a still higher correlation between the ratio and the flow-rate
( r = 0. 85) . Conclusion Urinary flow-rate determination combined with urethrosonography is helpful to evaluate postoperative micturition objectively. |
