| 目的 研究创伤性尿道狭窄术后尿道吻合口形态学特征。方法 对92 例尿道狭窄术后一年内的患者
进行超声检测。结果 将吻合口形态学表现分为6 种类型:疤痕型(38 例) ,假道型(10 例) ,活瓣型(5 例) ,闭合不全
型(9 例) ,吻合口腔道形态异常型(7 例) ,基本正常型(23 例) 。各型均有自身的声像图特征及相应的排尿表现。结
论尿道吻合口形态的超声研究为正确评价尿道狭窄术后的疗效奠定了形态学基础。 |

| Objective To study morphologic characteristics of urethral anastomotic site postoperatively in urethral stricture by injury. OMethods Ninety-two patients with the urethral stricture underwent sonourethrography within one year after operation ,including open urethroplasty in 68 cases ,internal urethrotomy in 25 cases. Results The urethral morphologic
changes in 92 patients were classified into six types :scar type (type I) in 38 cases ; false passage type (type II) in 10 ; flap
valve type (type III) in 5 ;closure insufficiency type (type IV) in 9 ;abnormal lumen type (type V) in 7 ;normal type (type
VI) in 23. Each type had its own sonographic appearance and corresponding clinical presentation. Conclusion A
sonourethrographic study on morphology of urethral anastomotic site will lay down morphological base in assessing postoperative micturition and further management correctly. |
