| 目的 获取术后排尿基本正常者尿道手术区的形态学信息。方法 对36 例创伤性尿道狭窄术后排尿
基本正常者作尿道超声检测。结果 尿道形态学改变包括尿道手术区基本正常23 例,明显疤痕2 例,单侧疤痕3
例,腔道形态异常(包括囊状扩张和S 形弯曲) 7 例,假道1 例。排尿基本正常而且存在尿道局部异常者占36 %。结
论尿道超声对术后排尿基本正常者的检测有利于更客观全面评价尿道狭窄术后的疗效问题。 |

| Objective To obtain the urethral morphological information in the patients with basically normal micturition
postoperatively. OMethods Thirty-six patients with urethral strictures by injury underwent sonourethrography postoperatively. Of all ,17 cases were detected within 1st month after operation ,13 cases during 2nd～3rd month ,6 cases during 4th～
12th month. Results Sonographic appearances of urethral morphology after operation included normal pattern in 23 cases ,
severe scar in 2 ,lateral scar on urethral wall in 3 ,abnormal lumen in 7 (including cyst-like dilation and S-like curve) ,false
passage in 1. This indicated that 36 percent of the patients with normal voiding appeared abnormal urethral morphologic
changes postoperatively. Conclusion Ultrasound detection for the patients with basically normal micturition after operation
is very useful to evaluate postoperative micturition objectively. |
