| 目的 研究创伤性尿道狭窄术后压力性尿失禁的尿道形态学改变。方法 尿道超声探测13 个术后压
力性尿失禁病例,重点观察尿道膜部的括约功能和形态结构及其周围情况。结果 在13 例压力性尿失禁中,前列
腺前方交通性假道、膜部尿道腔不能闭合、膜部尿道有假道口各2 例,膜部尿道狭窄和关闭不全合并存者7 例。结论
术后压力性尿失禁超声检测可找到较明确的尿道形态学改变,这有助于对该并发症作进一步处理。 |

| Objective To investigate urethral morphological changes in patients with stress incontinence after the operation of traumatogemic urethral stricture. OMethods Thirteen patients with stress incontinence after the operation of urethral
stricture underwent sonourethrography. Membranous closure function and its surrounding structure were detected carefully.
Results Of 13 patients ,there were communicated false passages in 2 cases ,in which urine descharged from the bladder to the bulbar urethra directly through the false tract ; membranous urethral lumens keeping open state at the static in 2 cases ;
mouths of false passages located in the membranous in 2 cases ;strictures coexistent with insufficient closure of membranous
urethral in 7 cases who suffered from either stress incontinence or urine dripping. Conclusion Sonourethrography could
display abnormal mophorlogical changes of urethra and its surrounding structure in patients with stress incontinence postoperatively. |
