| 目的 超声观察尿道术后排尿与尿道扩张术出现矛盾时的尿道形态学改变。方法 超声检测16 个病
例并监测尿道探杠导入。结果 术后出现的排尿与尿道扩张术之间存在两种情况可分为I 型和II 型,各有8 例。I
型声像图表现为尿道活瓣(5 例) 、假道(2 例) ,单侧疤痕(1 例) ; II 型声像图表现为吻合口囊状扩张和S 形弯曲,各4
例。结论 尿道超声显像可对术后排尿与尿道探杠导入出现的矛盾现象作出病因诊断,有助于临床作进一步的合
理处理。 |

| Objective To investigate urethral pathological changes when micturition contradicted with trial urethral dilation postoperatively. OMethods Sixteen patients were performed by sonourethrography ,and which monitored urethral dilation. Results Urethral morphologic changes on sonogram were classified into two types according to micturition and trial
urethral dilation Each type had 8 cases. Type I indicated that the urethral sound was introduced successfully when the patients had dysuria ; Type II indicated that the sound was introduced unsuccessfully when the patients had no abnormal voiding. Sonographic appearances in type I were flap valve (5 cases) ,false passage (2 cases) ,lateral scar on urethral wall at anastomatic site (1 case) ; Type II appeared cyst-like dilation and S-like curve at anastomatic site. Conclusion Sonourethrography can display pathological changes in urethra when micturition contradicts with trial urethral dilation postoperatively. It
is helpful to manage further reasonably. |
