| 目的 研究引起尿道狭窄术后不久出现排尿困难的尿道形态学改变,为临床及时采取对策提供依据。
方法 全尿道超声显像技术检测28 个病例。检测时间术后1 周内有12 例,2～4 周15 例,第10 周1 例。结果 28
例中27 例能找到尿道吻合口病理形态改变,表现为狭窄16 例,其中狭窄位于后尿道14 例,球部2 例;瓣状物3 例,
均位于膜部;假道8 例,7 例位于前列腺部,另1 例在球部。结论 超声对明确术后近期出现排尿困难的病因有较高
的诊断价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the urethral pathological morphology at urethral anastomotic site in patients with
dysuria occurred not longer after urethral operation. OMethods Twenty-eight cases of patients with dysuria after operation
underwent sonourethrography. Of all ,12 cases were detected in 1st week postoperatively ,15 cases during -nd to 4th week ,
1 in 10th week. Results Pathologic changes at urethral anastomotic site could be found in 27 cases. These sonographic appearances included urethral stricture in 16 cases (14 located at posterior urethra and 2 in bulbar urethra) ,flap valve in 3 (all
located at membraneous urethra) ,false passage in 8 (7 located at the anterior part of the prostate ,1 at bulbar urethra) . Only
one case had no abnormal appearance sonographically. Conclusion Urethrosonography postoperatively has great value in
determining causes of dysuria ,especially not longer after urethral operation. |
