      目的 介入学临床实验肝肾巨大囊肿复合硬化剂的疗效。方法 (1)B 超下粗套管穿刺外直径5mm 软 型硅胶管置管法; (2) 保腹压式分段程控巨大囊肿放液法; (3) 每日1 次复合硬化剂三组配方三步顺序程控灌注法和 动态观察囊肿开放引流法的四法合一型肝肾巨大囊肿程控硬化模型,治疗巨大囊肿45 例(肝28 例,肾17) 。结果 均在门诊治疗4 天,除1 例显效外,囊肿全部消失,无并发症后遗症,经4~10 年随访无复发,治愈率9718 %。结论 本新开发的复合硬化剂是适用于有硬化适应证的肝肾巨大和大、中、小型囊肿、安全、杀菌、快捷和疗效可靠的多 功能硬化剂,本程控硬化模型设计合理,操作简便容易掌握,是切实可行的新技术,为介入学临床硬化治愈肝肾巨大 囊肿开创一条新路。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To evaluate the therapeutic effects of compound hardening agent on giant cysts in liver or kidney by interventional way. Methods (1) utilizing a relatively thick casing ,we first punctured at appropriate point and then put a overall diameter 5mm soft silica gel tube into cysts ; (2) drained off the contents of cyst by way of program control by stages ,meanwhile ,patients were received equally intravenous liquid and bound up abdomen in order to maintain normal abdominal pressure ; (3) compound hardening agent consisted of three components was respectively instilled into cyst daily by progrmmd operation ,and (4) dynamic observation of cyst open drainage. Based on the above2listed four ways ,we treated 45 patients including 28 with heptic cyst ,17 with kidney cyst . Results All patients were operated in clinic ,the cysts disappeared totally within 4 days after treatment without complications and sequelae. None of cysts recurred following 4~10 years investigations , the cure rate was 97. 8 percent ,except one case obtained redmarkable therapeutic effects. Conclusion The original compound hardening agent that we have developed was a safe ,antibacterial and reliable multifunctional agent ,it may apply to all —type cysts that possessed hardening indicatoins. The program control hardening model was designed rationally , the operation was simple and convenient and easy to master. As a practicable interventional technique ,it would paly an important rolc in the climination of giant cysts in liver or kidney.
