| 目的 评价自然组织谐波成像在肝癌诊断中的价值。方法 我们应用自然组织谐波成像和传统的基波
成像对53 例经病理证实的肝癌患者的声像图进行对比分析。结果 自然组织谐波成像能明显清晰地显示肿瘤的
轮廓,提高对细小病变的分辨率,有助于对弥漫性肝癌,不典型肝癌的显示。结论 同常规基波超声技术相比,自然
组织谐波成像能提高肝癌诊断的准确性。 |

| Objective To evaluate the role of Native Tissue Harmonic Imaging (NTHI) in the diagnosing of hepatic cancer . Methods Using fundamental imaging and nature tissue harmonic imaging ,We compared and analyzed the imaging difference of 53 patients with hepatic cancer comfirmed by pathyology. Results NTHI could enhance the echo of tumer’s
outline and promote the ability of identfying the small lesions It could help us promote the ability of diagnosis diffuse hepatic
cancer and nontypical case. Conclusion NTHI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis hepatic cancer. |
