目的 研究早期视野改变的青光眼患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA) 血流动力学改变情况。方法 OCTOPUS101 视野计检查明确有早期视野改变的青光眼患者22 例(30 只眼) 和正常眼18 例(31 只眼) 进行彩色多普勒血
流显像(CDFI) 检查,比较各组收缩期峰值速度(PSV) 舒张末期速度( EDV) 和阻力指数(RI) 。结果 青光眼组患者
PSV 及EDV 均较正常眼明显降低, P 值< 0.01 ,RI 在两组之间无明显差异。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测对青光眼
视神经乳头血流改变有较高的敏感性,对青光眼的早期诊断、药物治疗、预后分析均有重要价值。 |

Objective To understand the blood flow change of glaucomatous field’s early change. Methods Blood flow
dynamics of the central retinal artery(CRA) by CDFI was examined in 22 patients (30 eyes) with early visual field change of
glaucoma ,which were diagnosed by OCTOPUS 101 automated perimetry ,and 22 normal subjects (31 eyes) . The blood flow
of the peak systolic velocity(PSV) ,the end diastolic velocity( EDV) and resistive index (RI) were examined. Results Both PSV and EDV were much lower in glaucoma group than in control group ( P < 0.01) ,whereas RI was not notable ( P >
0.05) . Conclusion CDFI has high sensibility in glaucomatous blood change ,and has high value in its’early diagnosis ,
phamacutial treatment and estimation of prognosis. |
