| 目的 分析海绵窦区肿瘤的MR 表现,探讨定位、定性诊断对该肿瘤诊治的参考价值。方法 报告经手
术证实的海绵窦区肿瘤24 例,分析其MR 表现。结果 MR 免除了颅底骨质结构对观察肿瘤的影响,可从矢冠轴三维方向确定肿瘤形态及其与相邻结构的关系,对海绵窦区肿瘤的诊治提供重要依据。结论 MR 可对海绵窦区肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供重要参考价值。 |

| Objective To analyse MR manifestation of tumors in cavernous sinus (CS) and explore the reference values
for the diagnosis of tumors on CS. Methods 24 cases of tumors on CS were reported ,which confirmed by pathology. Results MRI can avoid bone structures on skull base to interference with tumor’observation , and delineate its shapes and its
relations with adjacent tissues and structures by saggital ,coronal and axial planes. It is important to use MR for treatment
and diagnosis of tumors on CS. Conclusion MRI give important reference values for treatment and diagnosis to tumors on
CS. |
