目的 应用声学密度定量技术(AD) 检测正常股动脉管壁及不同类型粥样斑块的声学定量参数。方法 对59 例冠心病人及30 例正常对照的无斑块部位股动脉管壁及粥样斑块进行AD 检测。结果 冠心病组(CAD) 和
正常对照组患者的股动脉无斑块部位在管腔内血液、内中膜及外膜的AD 值均无显著性差异;AD 可定量诊断粥样斑
块的脂质沉积(24171 ±3119 dB) 、纤维化(35175 ±511 dB) 、钙化(44126 ±4178 dB) 。结论 AD 可为动脉粥样硬化
斑块的组织定征提供实时、客观的定量依据。 |

Objective To assess the role of acoustic densitometry (AD) technique in tissue characterization of normal
femoral artery and atherosclerotic plaque. Methods In 59 patients with coronary artery disease and 30 normal persons ,we
detected the normal arterial wall and different types of atherosclerotic plaques with AD technique. Results The AD value
was of nosignificant difference between normal persons and CAD patients in blood flow , intima and adventitia in femoral
artery. The AD values of fatty sites of athrosclerotic plaque (24. 71 ±3. 19dB) differed from that of fibrous (35175 ±
5114dB) and calcified (44. 26 ±4. 78dB)ones. Conclusion AD technique is feasible in detecting the atherosclerotic plaque
and provides an Objective on-line assessment of plaque composition. |
