| 目的 探讨输尿管囊肿的B 型超声及静脉尿路造影( IVP) 的诊断价值。方法 对20 例输尿管囊肿的B
超表现及IVP 表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 本组20 例,全部做了B 超和静脉尿路造影,共23 条输尿管患玻B
超可直接显示囊肿的部位、形态、大小及其变化; IVP 表现为典型的头向下潜入膀胱内的“眼镜蛇”征象。结论 B 型
超声、IVP 对本病均可做出准确诊断,均可做为本病的首选检查方法。 |

| Objective To discuss the diagnosing value of the ureter cysts in Bmode US and IVP. Methods The imaging
findings of 20 ureter cysts in B-mode US and IVP were analized retrospectively. Results 20 ureter cysts had all been
checked by B-mode US and IVP. Of these ,there were 30 diseased ureters. B-mode US can reveal the sites ,status ,size and
the changes of the cysts directly. The typical images of the reversed cobras sneeking into the bladder were the speciality of
IVP. Conclusion B-mode US and IVP can both diagnose the disease pricisely and can both be regarded as the firstchoice
methods to diagnose it . |
