| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对布加氏综合征的诊断要点和临床价值,为临床诊治提供可靠依据。方法
用彩色多普勒超声诊断布加氏综合征住院病人33 例。结果 肝静脉阻塞5 例,肝段下腔静脉阻塞17 例,二者同
时病变11 例,全部经血管造影或MRA、核素扫描及手术确诊。结论 彩色多普勒超声可明确判断血管阻塞部位、程
度、范围及侧支循环,对诊断具有重要参考价值,并可指导临床治疗,应作为首选的诊断方法。 |

| Objective To discuss the clinical value of colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of BuddChiari Syndrome (BCS) . Methods 33 cases with BCS diagnosed by CDFI were analysed. Results The obstruction of liver
vein was found in 5 cases and the obstruction of inferior venae cava in 17 cases.Both of liver vein and inferior venae cava obstruction were found 11 cases. All cases were diagnosed by venography of MRA ,nuclide scanning and operation. Conclusion
CDFI was significant in the diagonosis and the guidance of clinical treatment ,because it could clearly reveal vessel obstruction position ,degree and extent of obstruction and collaterals. It should be firstly selected as the diagnostic method for BCS. |
