个乳腺肿块,分析其多普勒血流频谱形态。结果 良性肿块血流形态以静脉和低阻力型多见。恶性肿块血流形态
多样,以湍流和高阻力型多见。结论 彩色多普勒血流频谱形态的分析可作为鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的一项有

| Objective To discuss the clinical value of spectral patterns in distinguishing between benign and malignant
breast neoplasms. Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to detect 95 breast neoplasms. Doppler spectral patterns of breast neoplasms were analysed. Results The most common spectral type of benign breast neoplasms seen was a
low-impedance pulsatile and venous pattern ,while the spectral type in malignant breast neoplasms was multiple in which
turbulent and high2impedance signals were often seen. Conclusion Doppler spectral analysis is a valuable indicator for distinguishing between benign and malignant breast neoplasms. |
