目的 探讨脑内海绵状血管瘤(CA) 的影像学表现并评价其临床意义。方法 搜集经手术病理证实的脑
内海绵状血管瘤21 例,21 例均行CT 检查,16 例行MRI 检查。结果 CT 发现22 个病灶,MRI 发现23 个病灶,多
发者5 例,病灶位于皮层及皮层下区共18 个。16 个病灶具有典型脑内型CA 的MRI 表现,即由低信号环围绕的混
杂信号团块。结论 MRI 是脑内型CA 最佳检查方法,且具有重要的临床意义。 |

Objective To study and eveluate CT and MRI imaging finding of intra-axial cavernous angioma. Methods
21 cases of intra-axial cavernous angioma with pathologic were studied. 21 cases all had CT scan , 16 cases had MRI scan.
Results 22 lesions were finded by CT , and 23 lesions by MRI. 5 cases were multifocal , 18 lesions were located at cortex
and cortricomedullary junciton. 16 lesions showed a typical popcorn-like mixed signals with hypointensity ring on MRI.
Conclusion MRI was the most useful method for diagosis of intra-axial cavernous angioma , and has an important clinical
signification. |
