| 目的 探索颌骨恶性肿瘤影像学的征象特点,常规X 线、CT 和三维CT 三种检查方式对颌骨病变显示的
优缺点及互补点。方法 对不同类型的颌骨恶性肿瘤的常规X 线、CT 和三维CT 显示情况进行对比分析,同时与手
术病理结果相对照。结果 颌骨大部分原发恶性肿瘤、转移瘤和周围组织恶性肿瘤颌骨侵犯均不具有特征性的影
像学征象,三种影像学检查均较难确定其组织学性质,但三种影像学检查相互结合可以准确显示病变的部位和范
围。三维CT 通过减影和旋转对腭板和眶下壁的骨质改变显示得最为理想,CT 对病变的软组织成分及病变翼腭窝
及咽壁侵犯的情况显示得最为有利。结论 三种影像学检查相互结合可以提高对颌骨恶性肿瘤显示的准确性。 |

| Objective To explore the imaging signs of malignant tumors of the jaws ,and to compare shortage ,advantage
and complemen of ordinary X-ray film ,CT and 3D-CT. Methods The signs of ordinary X-ray film ,CT and 3D-CT were
compared with each other and with operative and pathological findings in 37 cases of malignant tumors of jaws. Results
Most jaws malignant tumors ,metastatic tumors and jaws invaded by surrounding tissue’s malignant tumors have none special signs. It is difficult to make histiosdialysis ,but position and scope of the lesions could be shown with combination of these
three imaging methods. In showing diseases ,3D-CT is very beneficial in finding the destruction of palate plate and inferior
wall of orbit with rotation and subtraction. CT is very useful in showing the soft tissue parts of the lesions especially for invasion of the wall of pharynx and pterygopalatine space. Conclusion The combination of these three imaging methods could
increase the accuracy in showing lesions of the malignant tumors. |
