| 目的 探讨巨大肺大泡胸部X 线平片和CT 的诊断价值和限度,巨大肺大泡与邻近正常肺组织的关系,
为选择手术适应证提供影像学依据。方法 26 例患者行X 线胸片和胸部CT 扫描。结果 胸部X 线平片和CT 均
能清晰显示巨大肺大泡的大孝位置和形态,但是CT 还可显示巨大肺大泡的内部情况、肺大泡壁及邻近肺气肿和正
常肺组织的受压情况。结论 CT 诊断巨大肺大泡的效果明显优于胸部X 线平片,可对手术能否改善肺功能作出预
测,从而避免不必要的手术治疗。 |

| Objective To probe the diagnostic value and limitations of thoracic CT and X-ray plain film on giant bulla ,
and the relationship of giant bulla with adjacent lung tissue , in order to provide the imaging basis for surgical selection.
Methods Chest imaging data in the 26 patient were studied , and all patient done chest radiography and chest CT scanning. Results Both chest radiography and CT could depicted the size , location and morphology of the giant bulla , but CT
could shown the wall and internal condition of bulla , adjacent emphysema , and compression of the normal pulmonary tissue. Conclusion The effect of CT to diagnose the giant bulla is superior to X-ray radiography , can help to forecast the lung
function of the postoperation , and select the proper treatmetn methods. |
