| 目的 比较各种影像学方法对胃肠道平滑肌瘤的诊断价值和限度。方法 对25 例消化道平滑肌瘤患
者的多种影像学资料进行分析。结果 术前影像学综合诊断与手术病理诊断完全相符。结论 CT 在胃肠道平滑
肌瘤的鉴别诊断方面有重要意义。 |

| Objective To Compare the diagnostic value and limitations of different imaging modality in gastrointestinal
leiomyomas. Methods The findings of several imaging modality of 25 patients with gastrointestinal leiomyoma were analyzed. Results Combined imaging diagnosis before operation was completely matched to the pathologic results of operation
in these patients. Conclusion CT can play an important role in the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal leiomyomas. |
