| 目的 分析小腿肌肉、肌腱损伤的超声特征并评价其诊断价值。方法 对19 例下肢小腿肌肉、肌腱损
伤行超声检查(US) 的患者进行了回顾性分析。结果 完全性跟腱断裂1 例,部分性跟腱断裂1 例,发生在小腿中部
的单纯性跖肌腱断裂2 例,合并有肌肉撕裂者2 例,慢性跖肌腱损伤1 例。腓肠肌撕裂者2 例,跖肌斯裂者3 例。肌
肉挫伤9 例。结论 用超声诊断小腿肌肉、肌腱损伤切实可行。对疑有而没有下肢静脉血栓的患者,应加做下肢肌
肉、肌腱的超声检查。 |

| Purpose To evaluatc the ultrasound (US) imaging appecarance of injury to the muscles and tendons in the
lower leg ,the feature was studied. Methods Nineteen patients wtih injury muscles and tendons in the lower leg were retrospectively studied about its US imaging. Results One patient had whole rupture of the achilles tendon. Partial rapture is
also one. Two patients had the rapture of the plantaris tendon in the middle of the lower leg. Two patients associated with
the rapture of muscle. One patient had chronic injury in the plantaris tendon. Two patients had the tears of gastrocnemius
muscle. Three patients had the tears of plantaris muscle. Nine patients had the strain of muscle. Conclusion Sonography is
feasible in the diagnosis of the lower leg muscles and tendon injury. We suggest that if no evidence of thrombosis is found on
venous Doppler examination ,sonography of the lower leg musculature should be added as a routine examining in the appropriate clinical setting. |
