| 目的 评估3D CE MRP 对门脉高压症门静脉系统的显示能力。方法 62 例门脉高压症患者,采用
Siemen’s 1. 5T vision 扫描仪,单次屏气扫描序列。结果 3D CE MRP 清晰显示了所有病例门静脉、脾静脉及曲张的
侧支血管,肝内门静脉分支显示达3～6 级;肠系膜上静脉显示59 例。除2 例肠系膜上静脉由于技术问题未显示外,
其余病例所见与手术结果一致。结论 3D CE MRP 可准确显示门脉高压症门静脉系统的病理改变,3D CE MRP 与快速屏气MRI 结合可作为临床术前评估门静脉系统及确定治疗方案的客观依据。 |

| Purpose To investigate 3D CE MRP in displaying portal venous system in portal hypertension. Methods 62
patients with portal hypertension were performed 3D CE MRP with Siemen’s 1. 5 T MR scanner. Results 3D CE MRP
could display above 3～6 degree intrahepatic portal vein ,the main portal vein (PV) ,splenic vein (SPV) ,collaterals and varicosis clearly of all the cases in portal hypertension. Superior mesenteric vein (SMV) were displayed in 59 cases. The findings
of MRP were same as the operation excluded 2 cases which were not visualized by the operative problem. Conclusion 3D
CE MRP can demonstrate the pathologic changes of portal venous system in portal hypertension exactly. Combining with 3D
CE MRP and breath-hold MRI can be considered as an efficacy imaging method in diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension. |
