| 目的 总结超声心动图准确诊断及鉴别诊断三尖瓣下移畸形、三尖瓣缺如及三尖瓣发育不全的问题并
提出改进意见。方法 对70 例先天性三尖瓣畸形手术患者的超声诊断结果与手术结果对照进行回顾性分析。结果66 例三尖瓣下移畸形超声均做出定性诊断,下移瓣叶及合并畸形的诊断灵敏度不一。2 例三尖瓣发育不全超
声误诊为三尖瓣下移畸形,2 例三尖瓣缺如的超声诊断经手术结果证实。结论 超声心动图可诊断与鉴别诊断上述三尖瓣畸形。 |

| Objective To evaluate echocardiography in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Ebstein anomaly ,absence of tricuspid valve and dysphasia of tricuspid valve. Methods Retrospective analyzed data of echocardiography and surgery in
70 patients with tricuspid anomaly. Results Qualitative diagnosis of 66 Ebstein’s anomalies were truly made with echocardiography. There were different sensitivities in displacement of valves and complications. 2 dysphasia of tricuspid valve were
faultily considered as Ebstein’s anomaly. 2 absences of tricuspid valves were proved by surgery. Conclusion Echocardiography can be used in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of congenital tricuspid anomaly. |
