| 目的 总结分析息肉的CT 表现特点。方法 对55 例鼻息肉病例进行了CT 扫描检查。结果 鼻息肉在CT 上表现为鼻腔内息肉样肿块,常合并有阻塞性副鼻窦炎表现,冠状位CT 扫描比水平位显示清楚。结论 鼻息肉在CT 上有比较特征性的表现,诊断明确,并能清楚显示鼻道解剖结构和病变本身特点,指导纤维内窥镜手术进路。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the CT manifestation feature of nasal polyp. Methods CT examined 55 cases of nasal
polyp. Results Nasal polyp showed polylike mass in CT film and often associated with obstructive sinusitis. The coronal
CT film is better than axial CT film. Conclusion Nasal polyp have some feature manifestation. CT can show the nasal anatomy and pathology clearly ,and can give the guidance of fiber endonasalscope surgery. |
