| 目的 探讨慢性鼻炎及鼻窦炎的CT 表现和诊断价值。方法 收集46 例经临床证实为慢性鼻炎及鼻窦
炎病人的CT 影像资料,进行回顾分析。结果 中道阻塞是引发鼻部及鼻窦疾病的重要原因,其中慢性上颌窦炎,筛窦炎与中鼻道的阻塞有明显的相关关系。结论 CT 能清晰的显示鼻窦和中鼻道的解剖及变异,为术前诊断,确定治疗方案及预后估计提供了重要的解剖依据,是目前诊断鼻腔—鼻窦首选的影像学方法。 |

| Purpose To study the findings and the diagnostic value of CT in chronic rhinitis and sinusitis. Methods
Out of 40 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis by clinical observations and operation. The CT appearances of chronic Rhinitis and sinusitis. were analyzed. Results It was found that the degree of sinus opcity closely relates to the obstruction
in the infundibulum. Conclusion It indicated that CT can clearly show the anatomic variation of the sinuses and middle
meatus. Sothat CT should be reserved for the preoperative assessment of patients for sinus surgery. |
