目的 探索89Sr 韧致辐射显像的最佳采集因子。方法 以2 个相同规格分别装有约14.8 MBq 的89Sr及99mTc 液体的玻璃瓶为模型,用Philips SPECT 及Elscint 双头SPECT在不同条件下进行测试或显像。结果 89Sr韧致辐射的能谱为一连续曲线,主能峰约为79keV,适当范围能窗并配以针孔、发散型、中能或高能平行孔准直器时即可获得信/ 噪比及灵敏度均较高的理想图像。另外,有必要对原始资料进行衰减校正。结论 利用韧致辐射是能够对89Sr 纯β体成像的。 |

Purpose To find optimum acquisition factors of 89Sr bremsstrahlung imaging.Methods 2 similar glass bottles filled with some 14 8 MBq 89Sr Chloride and 99mTc fluid respectively were used as experimental models.Philips SPECT and Elscint dual headed SPECT were to measure the spectrum or to image the models under variable conditions.Results 89Sr bremsstrahlung spectrum is a continuous curve,the main energy peak is about 79keV.When the energy window is properly broad,SPECT system fitted with pine hole,diverging,medium or high energy,parallel hole collimator can always produce ideal images that have both a higher signal noise ratio and a higher sensitivity.In addition,it is need to apply attenuation correction to the raw data.Conclusion It's practicable to image 89Sr pure β emitter utilizing bremsstrahlung radiation. |
