| 目的 应用X 线牙根尖片对慢性肾衰长期血透患者的牙根尖损害进行评价。方法 采用X 线全口片和牙根尖片来检测。通过骨质疏松程度、牙槽骨硬骨板的存在或消失和骨小梁的受损情况来判断。结果 69 例慢性肾衰长期血透的病人随着血透时间的延长,牙槽骨和牙根的损害也越严重。结论 慢性肾衰血透的病人,若出现牙齿松动和错位时,可以应用X线全口片和牙根尖片来评价牙根的损害程度。 |

| Objective To evaluate the Lesions of root tip on dialysis in chronic renal failure (CRF),X ray imaging was utilized.Methods Lesions of bone cortex and of teeth root tips and alveolar bone loss were shown with radiographs.Results Lesions of teeth root tips and alveolar bone loss in 69 cases of chronic renal failure with dialysis progressively destroy with long time of dialysis.Conclusion Lesions of teeth root tips and alveolar bone in dialysis can be detected by radiography. |
