| 目的 研究肝脓肿的CT 增强表现。方法 回顾分析了52 例手术或临床证实的肝脓肿病例的CT 平扫和增强扫描资料。结果 增强扫描表现为：①极早期,脓肿周围肝组织一过性明显强化；②早期,增强形式依肝脓肿结构不同而异,可为脓肿壁环状强化,或脓肿不规则强化；③延时,脓肿周围低密度水肿环可强化为等密度,或脓肿内部强化,病变范围缩小,液化坏死区更显明显。结论 CT平扫及增强扫描应作为肝脓肿的常规检查方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the CT appearance of hepatic abscesses,with emphasis on the contrast enhanced scanning.Methods 52 cases of hepatic abscesses were evaluated by both plain and enhanced CT scanning,and the CT films were reviewed.Results The contrast enhanced CT appearance was:①Extremely early scan,the liver tissues around the abscesses enhanced obviously;②Early scan,the enhancement patterns of the abscesses varied from the rim enhancement of the abscess membrane to the irregular enhancement of the abscess,several small foci were indetectable;③Delayed scan,the hypodense edema ring enhanced and became isodense,or the abscess enhanced diffusely,the lesions became smaller and the colliquative necrosis area more obvious.Conclusion CT scanning with contrast enhancement should be used routinely as the method of choice during evaluation of hepatic abscesses. |
