| 目的 探讨介入性超声在妇产科领域中的应用价值。方法 本文总结了本院1998 年1 月至1998 年12 月期间,超声引导下进行手术的病例。结果 共有144 例,其中腹壁穿刺57 例,阴道穿刺73 例,超声监测下宫腔手术10 例,取环4 例。这些病例涉及了产科、妇科、计划生育科多种病例。使许多妇产科疾病在创伤极小的情况下达到诊断和治疗的目的。而在超声监测下的一些手术都是疑难病例,以及曾经手术失败的病例,超声引导下取得了成功。本文144 例中仅2 例失败。 |

| Objective To assess the value of interventional ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 144 cases from Jan 1998 to Dec 1998 were collected to study the effects of operations guided by interventional ultrasound.Results These operations,including 57 abdominal puncture,73 transvaginal puncture,10 intrauterine operations,4 taking out intrauterine devices,involved various cases of obstetrics,gynecology and family planning,only 2 operations failed.Conclusion Interventional ultrasound guided operation can do what regular operations can not do and plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of obstetric and gynecological diseases with least damage effects. |
