| 目的 通过对36 例支气管扩张的胸片、支气管碘油造影和CT的对比研究,探讨支气管扩张的最佳诊断方法。方法 选取经支气管碘油造影证实的支气管扩张症36 例,全部病例均有X线与CT检查资料,采用双盲法阅片,分析比较胸片、支气管碘油造影和CT征象。结果 全部病例CT 扫描与支气管碘油造影诊断基本一致,诊断为支气管柱状扩张20 例,曲张扩张6 例,囊状扩张2 例,混合型扩张8 例。结论 CT 对支气管扩张诊断比较优越,并能取代支气管造影。 |

| Objective The X-ray films of chest ,bronchography and CT of 36 cases of bronchiectasis were comparatively studied;the superlative methods on the diagnosis of bronchiectasis were seeked.Methods 36 patients with bronchiectasis who were verified by bronchography were reported. All patients have complete X-ray and CT data. The findings of X-ray and CT of bronchiectasis were analyzed by double-blindness methods. Results The diagnosis of CT and bronchography are conformity in all patients with bronchiectasis. Diagnosed cylindrical bronchiectasis 20 cases, varicose bronchiectasis 6 cases,cystic bronchiectasis 2 cases and mixed bronchiectasis 8 cases. Conclusion CT gains an advantage over bronchography on the diagnosis of bronchiectasis, and will replace bronchography. |
