| 目的 回顾性分析14 例原发性眼球肿瘤的CT 影像学表现。方法 对14 例临床诊断为原发性眼球肿瘤的住院病人,采用SHIMADZUSCT 5000T 全身CT进行扫描,部分病人同时行增强扫描,所有病例均经手术和病理证实。结果 视网膜母细胞瘤8 例,均为儿童发病,CT 表现为玻璃体腔内软组织肿块,靠近眼球后部,大部分可显示明确的钙化,并可经视神经引起眶内外转移；脉络膜黑色素瘤6 例,成人发病,CT 表现为突向腔内的高密度肿块或眼环的局限性增厚,中度强化,钙化少见,部分病例可继发视网膜剥离。结论 原发性眼球肿瘤根据发病年龄和CT 影像特征不难作出定性诊断。 |

| Purpose To review the CT appearance of 14 cases of primary eyeball tumor. Methods Using the SHIMADZU SCT-5000T fullength CT scanner ,14 patient were received CT scan, which were diagnosed primary eyeball tumor by clinical doctors at the same time, part of them were received enhancement CT scan, All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathoiogy. Results 8 cases of retinoblastoma begin at the childhood, which appeared as a soft tissue mass within the vitreous cavity,near the back of eyeball,most of them can show definite calcification and cause diversion within or beyond the eyeball. 6 cases of choroidal melanoma begin at the adulthood,which appeared as a hyperdense mass or meniscus-shaped thickening of the wall of the eyeball, witch were projected into the cavity,moderate enhanced,seldom calcified,part of cases hand secondary retinal detachment. Conclusion It is not difficult to determine qualitative diagnosis by the year and CT characteristic. |
