| 目的 对20 例腓动脉末支血管作血流动力学检测。方法 被检查者取侧卧位,下肢髋、膝关节弯曲呈放松状态,探头置在距膝关节约6 cm 处,声像图显示腓骨和周围诸肌。观察血管的内径及彩色血流的充盈情况等。结果 管径为1.33±0.13mm,收缩期峰值流速为15.6±11.6 cm/s,阻力指数为0.9 ±0.07 ,平均流速为8.6 ±3.16 cm/s.结论 本文的腓动脉末支血管的收缩期峰值流速与文献报道的胫后动脉收缩期峰值流速近似,作者在检查该血管时发现大多数为单相波型,很少为三相波型,认为接近骨面区的动脉末支血管受肌肉阻力少或无。彩超可较准确地评估下肢动脉的功能信息。 |

| Objective Fibular artery extremity of 20 cases was examined by blood flow dynamic.Methods Patient was made supine on side,hip and knee joint zigzag on relaxation,probe was made 6 centimeter for knee joint,fibular bone and muscle is being showing on sonography,we observe blood vessel diameter and plentiful of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Results Blood vessel diameter is 1 33±0 13 mm;systole peak velocity is 15 6±11 6 cm/s,resistant index is 0 9±0 07 and the mean velocity is 8 6±3 16 cm/s.Conclusion Systole peak velocity of fibular artery extremity of this paper is similar systole peak velocity of post tibial artery of publish.Authors find that spectral of fibular artery is large single phase,but is a few tri phase,that blood vessel of near bone suffer a few or no pressure from muscles,CDFI can evaluate lower extremity artery function information. |
