| 目的 探讨各种影像学检查在十二指肠平滑肌瘤诊断中的价值。方法 作者分析了3 例经病理证实的十二指肠平滑肌瘤的影像学所见。结果 在各种检查中上消化道钡餐造影、CT 和血管造影诊断价值较大,而B超和放射性核素显像的诊断价值较小。结论 综合应用上消化道钡餐造影、CT 和血管造影等检查方法,可在术前作出十二指肠平滑肌瘤的诊断。 |

| s] Purpose To evaluate the value of imaging examination in the diagnosis of duodenal leiomyoma.Methods Three duodenal leiomyoma confirmed by pathology were reported, and their imaging manifestation were analyzed. Results In the modalities, barium radiography of upper digestive tract, CT and angiography possess high diagnostic value, however B mode US and X scintigraphy have low diagnostic value.Conclusion The comprehesiveness of barium radiography of upper digestive tract,CT and angiography can diagnose the duodenal leiomyoma before the operation. |
