| 目的 探讨胆囊良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声分别测量21 例胆囊癌和145 例胆囊良性疾病的CDFI半定量,Vp,PI和RI.结果 胆囊癌组的CDFI半定量,Vp,PI和RI均高于对照组(P均<0.001).结论 通过测定CDFI半定量,Vp,PI和RI有助于胆囊癌的早期诊断和鉴别诊断。 |

| Purpose Study the differentiation between the malignant and the benign GB disease.Methods By measuring through color Doppler flow Imaging (CDFI) the semi quantity of CDFI,Vp,PI and RI in the 21 cases of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder(PGC) and 145 cases of benign disease of the gallbladder.Results The semi quantityy of CDFI,Vp,PI and RI in the PGC group are all higher than those of the benign Gb disease group.Conclusion The results suggest that measuring the semi quantity of CDFI Vp,PI and RI helps the differentiation and early stage diagnosis of PGC. |
