      目的 建立婴儿心脏三维超声信息采集及重建的方法。方法 正常婴儿13 例,选择采集途径、采样密度、空间分辨力、灰阶阈值、透明度及探头频率6 个因素,应用正交试验设计主效应分析法(L1837),以三维重建效率(E) 为考核指标,评价各因素的重要性并制订优化方案。结果 按各因素平均极差排序:空间分辨力> 采样途径> 透明度> 灰阶阈值> 采样密度> 探头频率;各因素K值最大值分别位于:空间分辨力100 % 、采样途径经剑突下、透明度30 、灰阶阈值20 、采样密度1°及探头频率2.7MHz.结论 兼顾重建的三维细致度因素,婴儿心脏超声三维图像重建方案应为:以3.5MHz 探头经剑突下每隔1°进行二维超声信息采集,采集时设置空间分辨率为100% ,重建时分别设置灰阶阈值及透明度为20、30.

      Objective To evaluate the importance of factors affecting the efficiency of 3D reconstruction and establish an optimal method for 3D echocardiographic reconstruction of infant′s heart.Methods 13 infants with normal heart (6 male,7 female,aged 5.42±3.21 months) were selected for 3D echocardiographic reconstruction study by HP SONOS 1000 echocardiographic system interfaced with TOMTEC image system.Three aspects of 6 factors;including acquisition windows,density of acquisition,spatial resolution of 2D images and frequency of transducer for 2D images acquisition and threshold and opacity for 3D reconstruction were selected.For this study orthogonal test design method and its table L 18 3 7 were used.The efficiency rate of 3D reconstruction (E) was used as the inspection index for orthogonal test.Results The average deviations from the mean of K value of 6 factors were,in order,spatial resolution>acoustic windows>opacity>threshold>density of acquisition>frequency of transducer.The aspects with maximal average deviations of each factors were:100% of spatial resolution,via subcostal of acoustic windows,30 of opacity,20 of threshold,1° of desity of acquisition and 2.7MHz transducer.Conclusion Concerning the exquisiteness of the 3D images,optimal results could be easily achieved by setting X and Y resolution of 2D images at 100%,using 3.5MHz transducer,rotating transducer every 1° through subcostal or apical windows during 2D image acquisition and setting opacity and threshold by 30 and 20,respectively during 3D reconstruction.
