| 目的 对颈动脉支架治疗硬化性颈动脉血管狭窄疗效的评价。方法 采用双功能彩色多普勒和经颅多普勒超声相结合,对3 例实施颈动脉支架治疗的病人术前、术后颅内外血液动力学进行检测。结果 3 例病人颈内动脉狭窄率分别为60% ～70% 、70% ～80% 、80% ～90% ,颅内侧支循环开放。支架术后狭窄血管扩张,颅内血流恢复正常。结论 采用2 种无创性超声技术结合,对颈动脉支架疗效评价有重要临床意义。 |

| Purpose To assess effect of treatment of arteriosclerosis carotid stenosis by means of angioplasty and stent placement.Methods 3 patients were detected with the hemodynamics of intra-extracranial arteries pre-post this operation using color duplex and transcranial Doppler ultrasound.Results 3 patients were detected internal artery stenosis 60%～70%,70%～80%,80%～90%.Respectivetly,the intracranial arteries collateral circulation were opened before stent being operated.After stent placement,internal arteries were dilated and restored intracranial circulation.Conclusion It is important for clinical to evaluate the effect of carotid stent using color duplex scanning combined with transcranial Doppler ultrasound. |
