| 目的 进一步探讨脊索瘤的X线表现与其它病变的X线鉴别。方法 搜集了28 例经手术、病理证实的脊索瘤,并对其X线表现及鉴别进行了分析。结果 颅内7 例(25% ) 、胸椎1 例(4% )、骶椎20 例(71 %) .典型X线表现：①溶骨性或膨胀性骨质破坏；②大多数伴有软组织块影；③散在斑点状钙化；④部分骨质硬化。结论 通过脊索瘤的结果及鉴别的分析,提高了诊断脊索瘤的正确率。 |

| Purpose To turther investigate on the X ray manifestations of chordoma and X ray differentiation of the other diseases.Methods The X ray appearance and differentiation of chordoma were analysed in 28 cases of chordoma,which were confirmed by operation and pathology.Results The location of the tumor mass was intracranial in 7 cases (25%),thoracic vertebrae 1 cases(4%) and sacral vertebrae 20 cases(71%).Characteristic X ray features were:①dissovent or distensible bone destruction;②most of chordoma with soft tissue mass;③multiple and patchy areas of calcification;④partial bone sclerosis.Conclusion After analysis of the results and differentiation of chordoma,the correct rate of diagnoses of chordoma is improved. |
