| 目的 总结寰枢椎旋转脱位的CT 表现。方法 分析10 例寰枢椎脱位的CT 和X 线表现。结果 寰椎异常旋转,其中,单纯旋转脱位5 例,伴寰椎或枢椎骨折5 例；枢椎齿突均有不同程度移位。结论 CT 是诊断本病最有力手段,诊断必须结合枢椎齿状突移位情况及临床症状体征。 |

| Purpose summavize CT manifestion of atlantoaxial rotation luxation.Methods Analyzing the plain film manifestotion of CT and X ray of 10 cases about atlantoaxial rotation.Results Abnormal atlas rotation has been found in these cases, with 5 cases of simple luxation and 5 involoing atlas or axoid bone fracture;And various degrees of all round translocation have been found in the dentoid process of axis.Conclusion CT is the best and most powerfull way to diagnose this disease.The diagnosis should be integrated with the translocation of dentoid process of axis and other clinical symptoms and signs. |
