| 目的 为改善多胞胎妊娠(2,3 或4)的预后,应用B超引导经腹壁穿刺,对预测妊娠预后极差的3 和4胞胎妊娠各1 例和双胞胎妊娠两胎儿发育不协调者1 例,进行选择性减胎术。方法 选择性对其中1 或2 个胎儿心脏内注射10% 氯化钾后,再抽吸囊液。结果 3 例共9 个胎儿,减4 余5,均分娩出正常胎儿,成功率100%,无明显并发症。结论 超声引导经腹壁穿刺减胎术是改善多胎妊娠预后的一种简便、安全、有效的方法。 |

| Purpose After inducing ovulation by puncture or medicine,multiple pregnancies (2,3 or 4)might occuret,However,fetus of such pregnancy often developed unevenly.The prognosis of the pregnancy was very poor.We have attempted to improve the outcome by performing selective terminations for 3 cases.Methods 10% KCL was injected the heart of fetus and the liquid of embryo sac was drawed out by puncture under B ultrasound guidance to 1 or 2 fetus of the multi embryo pregnancey.Results The retain fetus could growed well, of 5 fetus in this group(3 cases),4 fetus were reduced by the method and 5 fetus were retained to be full term diliverried.Complication of operation was not observed.Conclusion The results showed operation of reducing embryo sac was simple safe and effective method to improve prognosis of multi embryo pregnancy.The paper also discussed some problems about operation. |
