| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒能量图配合罂粟碱试验对血管性阳痿病变的应用价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)和彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI),并结合罂粟碱试验对21 例血管性阳痿患者及健康人阴茎血流灌注情况进行观察,以脉冲多普勒测定阴茎深动脉收缩期血流峰值(PSV),舒张末期血流速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI).结果 CDE较CDFI能更好地显示阴茎血流灌注情况。当阴茎动脉供血不足时,PSV 明显降低,EDV、RI可无明显变化；当阴茎静脉机能不全时,EDV 明显增高,RI明显降低,而PSV 可显示正常。结论 彩色多普勒能量图配合罂粟碱试验在血管性阳痿的诊断与鉴别诊断上有较大的应用价值。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the application of color doppler energy cooperating papaverine test in vasculogenic impotence.Methods Using color doppler flow imaging (CDFI),color doppler energy(CDE)and papaverine trest,we have studied 21 cases of patients with vasculogenic impotence as well as 21 cases of healthy men.We mainly observed the conditions of penis perfusion which was determined as systolic peakvelocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistant index(RI)of the penic deep artery.Results CDE can evaluate the blood perfusion of penis better than CDFI.When there is a lack of arterial blood supply of the penis,there is a remarkable decrease of PSV.No obvious changes were found on EDV and RI.When there is veinous insulfficiency,there is obvious increase of EDV and obvious decrease of RI,but PSVshowd normal.Conclusion CDE matched with papaverine test is more useful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of vasculogenic impotence. |
