| 目的 本文用彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉功能不全进行了研究,以评估彩超对下肢深静脉功能不全的诊断价值。方法 患者58 例,经手术证实有返流的73 肢,其余正常的43 肢作对照组。采用乏氏试验和血压计充气袖带以诱发血液返流。下肢深静脉分股总、股浅、股深和腘静脉四个节段进行扫查,检测对照组和返流组的各静脉段的静脉管径及返流时间。结果 静脉有返流者,在静脉腔内可见反向彩色血流信号和反向频谱,乏氏动作摒气或袖带充气时返流明显增强；对照组与返流组的管径以及返流时间有显着性差异(P< 0.05);有股浅静脉返流的腘静脉返流发生率高于无股浅静脉返流的腘静脉返流发生率,静脉返流者中约90% 的肢体同时伴有股浅或/ 和股深静脉返流,股浅静脉无返流而有腘静脉返流的9 条肢体,其中6 条伴股深静脉返流。结论 彩超有助于下肢深静脉功能不全的病变、部位及程度的确定,是选择手术方式及评估手术疗效的较好方法。 |

| Purpose The paper assessed the diagnostic value of the deep venous incompetence of lower extremity by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods Among 58 cases,73 limbs of venous reflux confirmed by surgery were contrasted with the rest normal 43 limbs.Femoralis vein,profunda vein,superficialis vein and poplitea vein venous were scanned.Reflux time and venous diameter of all veins were compared between reflux and control.Results There was a significant increase in venous diamter and reflux time between the reflux and control.The reflux rate of poplitea vein with superficialis vein reflux was higher than that of poplitea vein without superficialis vein reflux.90% of poplitea vein reflux were accompanyed with superficialis vein reflux or/and profunda vein reflux.In the 9 limbs of poplitea vein reflux without superficialis vein reflux,there were 6 limbs with profunda vein reflux.Conclusion CDFI was helpful for comfirming the region,quality and extent of the deep venous incompetence of lower extremity;CDFI also provided a better method for selecting and assessing operations. |
