| 目的 探讨胆囊收缩功能对判断急性肝炎,特别是对判断急性肝炎预后的价值。方法 随机选择既往无影响胆囊功能病史的急性肝炎住院患者128 例,分为急性肝炎早期、恢复期肝功异常和恢复期肝功正常组,另设正常对照组56 例,行超声脂肪餐试验检测胆囊收缩排空功能,进行统计学对比分析。结果 急性肝炎早期组和恢复期肝功异常组胆囊收缩率较其它组显着降低(P< 0.001),收缩率< 45% 者占96.3%,而正常对照组和恢复期肝功正常组仅占7%,若以胆囊收缩率< 45% 为标准,胆囊收缩功能对急性肝炎早期判断的敏感性为96.6%,特异性91.1%,准确性93.9%,对恢复期肝功异常的判断敏感性为95.8%,特异性94.4%,准确性95% . |

| Purpose To study the Value of Contracting function of gallbladder to judge acute hepatitis,especially its prognosis.Methods 128 cases of acute hepatitis randomly selected hospitalized without gallbladder history were divided into three groups: the early stage group, the restoration stage with abnormal liver function group and that with normal liver function,another group of 56 as control. All the persons were tested by B mode ultrasongraphy to their gallbladders contracting function and then analyzed statistically.Results The gallbladder contracting rate of both early stage group and abnormal liver function one was remarkably lower than that of the other groups(P <0.001). The number of contracting rate less than 45% occupied 96.3% in the former group and 7% in the other one. If 45% as upper standard, the sensitivity of the test to the early stage is 96.6%,specifity 91.1%,accuracy 93.9% and to the abnormal liver function group is 95.8%,94.4%, and 95% separately. Conclusion To evaluate the liver function and its prognosis indirectly by using the gallbladder contracting rate is an available mean with wide piactice. |
