| 目的 研究磁共振脑血管成像(MRBA)技术并讨论在实际工作中的应用价值。方法 使用ElscintGyrex V DLX0 .5 T 超导型MR 设备,软件3.0/P.选用传统单一的TOF法技术和改进的MRBA 法技术作脑血管成像,先作平扫MRI再作MRBA.两年多完成58 例研究,均由临床随机推荐病人,男41 例,女17 例,年龄1.5 ～75岁,平均40.60 岁。结果 58 例MRBA 法成像中的7 例同时作了TOF法成像对照,两者间在显示细枝脑血管方面有显着性差异(0.05 > P> 0.01),增强扫描的16 例MRBA 效果更好；15 例有X 线脑血管造影比较。正常组26 例,病变组32 例均经随访证实,主要有AVM、动脉瘤、脑肿瘤、血肿和梗塞等。 |

| Purpose To study the technique of MR brain angiography (MRBA),investigate this method and clinical applications.Methods MRBA on Elscint Gyrex V DLX 0.5 T superconductive MR system (3.0/P)used MRBA method and TOF alone method.The group all operated MRI first,then MRBA.The study of cases (58 cases)were collected for more 2 years.All materials were from clinical stochastic recommend,41 males and 17 females,1.5～75 years age,mean age 40.60 years.Results There are 7 cases with TOF technique,among 58 MRBA method at the same time.There two methods differ greatly in displayed tiny vessels (0.05> P >0.01).The enhancements of 16 MRBA were better.There were 15 MRBA with X ray angiography of brain.26 cases were normal and 32 illnesses with confirming.The illnesses were AVM,aneurysm,tumor,hematoma,ischemia and so on.Conclusion The method of MRBA is better than traditional alone,in displaying tiny vessels,such as arteriole parieto occipitalis of posterior cerebral artery.It is more advantageous,to diagnose diseases of vessels and tumors.MRBA challenge to a contest,towards X ray brain angiography. |
