| 目的 分析贲门假性“肿瘤”的X 线表现特征,鉴别诊断及在临床上的应用价值。方法 对6 例贲门假性肿瘤进行上消化道低张双重对比造影,胃镜及病理检查。结果 贲门部结节形软组织肿块及食管下端左侧缘弧形压迹为正常解剖结构。胃镜及病理检查阴性。 |

| Objective To analyze X ray manifestations, differential diagnosis and clinical values of fake cancer in cardia of stomach. Methods Through upper alimentary tract's X ray photography of low tonicity and Gas Barium Sulfate imagery contrast, six patients were diagnosed to be cardial cancers, but through gastroscopy and pathological check, all are not cardial cancers, but fake cancers.Results Solt tissue's image of cardia of stomach and the arc curve of left esophageal bottom are normal structures, proved by gastroscopy and pathological check.Conclusion Fake cancer in cardia of stomach is a rare normal X ray manifestation caused by gastric suspernsory ligament. |
