| 目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)的CT表现和CT 在NPC诊断中的价值。方法 总结了1036 例NPC的CT表现,全部病例作了横断扫描,其中164 例和57 例分别作了增强扫描和冠状扫描,并将CT 分期和临床分期进行了对比。结果 NPC可广泛侵犯其周围组织,包括咽旁间隙、颈动脉鞘区、颞下窝、翼腭窝等,并可向口咽、副鼻窦和颅内蔓延；与临床分期比较,CT的分期明显高于前者。 |

| Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT.Methods 1036 Patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were confirmed by CT transection scaning.164 cases were cavried out with contrast enhanced CT and 57 cases were made by coronary slice scaning.It were comparied both stage of CT and clinical stage.Results Peripheral tissue of nasopharygneal were in filtrated of tumor involving parapharyngeal space、the area of carotid sheath、inferiar tempoval fossa、pterygopatatine fossa、orophyaryngeal、accessory nasal sinuses and into cranium.The stage by was mark exact than clinical sfage only.Conclusion CT scan can show clearly the site of tumor and depth of infiltration of it.CT was very usefut in the T stage of tumor.It has been important value for tumor diagnesis and treatment. |
