| 目的 探讨颅咽管瘤组织学分型在临床表现、MR图像上的鉴别要点。方法 选取经手术及病理证实的颅咽管瘤101 例,男62 例,女39 例,全部病例均行MR扫描。结果 成釉质细胞型47 例,鳞状乳头型35 例,混合型19 例。成釉质细胞型中,实性1 例,囊实混合性23 例,囊性23 例；鳞状乳头型中,实性10 例,囊实混合性10 例,囊性15 例；在混合型中,实性2 例,囊实混合性5 例,囊性12 例。 |

| Purpose To discuss craniopharyngiomas′ differientiation on clinical and MR imagings on the basis of histology.Methods We reviewed and analyzed the clinical and MR imagings of 101 patients with craniopharyngiomas proved by surgery and pathology.62 patients were males,39 were females.Results 47 patients were adamantinous craniopharyngiomas,35 patients were pappilary squamous craniophrygioms,19 patients were mixed tumors.In adamantinous craniopharygiomas,1 was solid,23 were cystic,23 were both solid and cystic.Conclusion The differentiation of adamantinous and pappilary squamous craniopharyngiomas should depend on the conbination of the clinical and MR imagings. |
