| 目的 探讨CT仿真内镜成像技术在胃和结肠的临床应用价值。方法 对19 例螺旋CT 扫描的容积数据运用Navigator 软件进行仿真内镜成像,并与纤维内镜及X 线钡剂检查进行对照。正常7 例,病变12 例,其中进展期胃癌7 例,早期胃癌1 例,胃底球形静脉曲张1 例,结肠癌2 例,结肠腺瘤1 例,均经手术病理或纤维内镜证实。结果 CT仿真内镜能清楚显示胃、结肠正常结构、粘膜皱襞异常、管腔狭窄、肿块及溃疡,准确对胃癌进行分型。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical applications of CT virtual endoscopy in gastrocolic tract.Methods The virtual endoscopic imaging was reconstructed from volumetric data of spiral CT scaning in 19 cases using Navigator software and the results were compared with fiberoptic endoscopy and x ray barium study.Of 19 cases,7 cases were nomal,and 12 cases were abnomal,which included 7 advanced gastric cancer,1 early gastric cancer,2 colonic cancer and 1 colonic adenoma.All were proved with fiberoptic endoscopy or pathology.Results The anatomical structure of stomach and colon,abnormalities of mucosa and folds,lumen stricture,masses and ulcer were clearly demonstrated and gastric cancer were successfully classified with CT virtual endoscopy.Conclusion CT virtual endoscopy provided insights into the gastrocolic similar to those of fiberopic endoscopy and can be used as a supplement of fiberopic endoscopy and x ray barium study. |
