| 目的 探讨卵巢外腹膜浆液性乳头状癌的临床表现、超声特征、诊断标准。方法 全部病例术前采用彩色多普勒经腹、经阴道超声检查,并经手术与病理对照。结果 10 例患者年龄35 ～71 岁,平均年龄56.6 岁。双侧卵巢正常或稍大,盆腹腔包块较大,腹水阳性。结论 EPSPC 有一定的超声特征,应重视它的鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the clincal features,diagnostic standard,the sonographic characteristic of extraovaran peritoneal serous papillary carcinoma (EPSPC).Methods A postpective study on Transabdomen and Transvaginal examination was perfome in cases.The results were compered with the suiginal operation and histopathology.Results The ages of the 10 patients were beween 35～71 Y,average 56.6 Y.The bilateral overies were normal or <5 cm.Conclusion EPSPC had sonographic characterstic,due attention should be paid to differential diagnosis of EPSPC. |
