| 目的 讨论成人小肠肿瘤合并肠套叠的CT 表现,评价其诊断价值。方法 对10 例小肠肿瘤伴肠套叠病人进行螺旋CT扫描,分析10 例经手术病理证实的小肠肿瘤并肠套叠的CT 表现。结果 10 例CT扫描均可见多层靶环形、肾形或香肠形软组织影,中央部为脂肪和血管轴面影。2 例淋巴瘤多处可见肿大融合的淋巴结及肠壁不规则增厚,肠腔内造影剂充盈不均,1 例术中发现肠系膜过长而引起Tret's 韧带疝。CT扫描8 例仅显示肠套叠征像。2 例同时显示套叠及肿瘤。结论 成人小肠肿瘤合并肠套叠,多数CT扫描仅显示肠套叠而不能显示肿瘤。 |

| Purpose To report the CT appearance and dassese the diagnosis value of small intestine tumors result in intussusception.Methods 10 cases underwent spiral CT scan,analysis the CT manifestations of small intestine tumors result in intussusception proved by operation and pathology.Results three different CT patterns were observed,a target lesion,a reniform mass,a sausage shaped mass,with a lower attenuation centrally,representing the intussuscepted mesentery.Lymph nodes enlarged in various places and bowel wall thicked were seen in two cases who suffered lymphadenoma.One case was seen Tret’s ligment hernia due to longer mesentery during the operation.8 cases only showed intussusception in CT scan.2 cases showed intussusception and tumors.Conclusion Small intestine tumor in adult easily resulted in intussusception.Most CT scaning only showed intussusception. |
