| 目的 研究纵隔胸腺瘤的CT 征象,诊断与鉴别。方法 报告经手术与病理证实的纵隔胸腺瘤37 例,其中男性25 例,女性12 例,年龄为12 ～64 岁,平均34.1 岁。手术与病理证实：良性胸腺瘤8 例,恶性胸腺瘤18 例,胸腺癌7 例,胸腺脂肪瘤3 例,胸腺脂肪肉瘤1 例,全部病例均有胸部X 线正侧位片,其中20 例作了CT 检查。结果 病变位于前纵隔34 例,其中波及中后纵隔7 例；中后纵隔3 例,病变突向单侧33 例,双侧4 例,圆形和椭圆形22例,不规则形13 例,多结节状2 例,胸腺瘤的CT 值为21 ～45Hu.肿瘤与纵隔接触面呈灌铸型28 例,占75.7 % .结论 CT 对胸腺瘤的定性诊断有较高价值。 |

| Purpose To evaluate CT features,diagnosis and deffrential diagnosis of the mediastinal thymomas.Methods 37 cases of the mediastinal thymomas proved by surgery and pathology,in which male 25 cases,female 12,ages were 12 to 64 years average 34.1.Operation and pathology:benign thymomas were 8 cases malignent 18,thymic carcinoma 7,thymolipoma 3,Thymic liposarcoma 1.The X ray films of the chest were taken in all of the 37 cases,in which CT examination was done in 20 cases.Results The position of thymic tumors were in the anterior mediastinaum on 34 cases involving middle and posterior mediasinum in 7,posterior 3,prominenting to one side in 33,bothside 4,round and oval shapes 22,irregular type 13,multiple nodules 2,CT values were 21Hu～45Hu.The contect surface between the tumor and mediastinum appears as moulten shape in 28 cases.Conclusion There is high value in diagnosis of the thymomas in the confirming tumor nature. |
